DESCRIPTION

This ofuda shoots up into the air above the head of the caster and explodes into a ball of divine, blue, electrical energy.

The radius is 5 feet plus an additional 5 feet for every 5 sutra casting levels. Those hit by this ofuda receive electrical damage equal to 1d6 per effective spell level + sutra casting ability score modifier.
