DESCRIPTION

This ofuda multiplies into many separate papers just before it strikes. As they strike, the papers grow longer, thicker, and stronger while they wrap around the target.

The target is entangled and can’t move from its space (anchored). Those that fail their save must end their movement and gain the entangled condition. Entangled creatures can attempt to break free as a move action, making a Strength or Escape Artist check. The DC for this check is equal to the DC of the sutra. This sutra has duration in rounds equal to its effective spell level.
