Worm-like shapes of entropic power streak from your fingers toward your targets. This spell instantly delivers 10 points of damage per caster level, divided as evenly as possible between your targets. Each target is permitted a saving throw.

The conqueror worms strikes unerringly, even if the target is in melee combat, so long as it has less than total cover or total concealment. Specific parts of a creature can’t be singled out. You must designate targets before you check for spell resistance.
