DESCRIPTION

You create a luminous mass of ectoplasm that generates bright light in a 20-foot radius and shadowy light in a 40-foot radius. The mass is sticky and pliable, and can adhere to inanimate objects, walls, ceilings, floors, and so on. You can divide the brightmatter into smaller separate pieces, but doing so reduces the amount of light that each piece sheds.
