You offer your service to a greater power to gain knowledge.

Prerequisite(s) Ability to speak a language primarily spoken by outsiders (see below) or draconic.

Benefit(s) You gain a +2 bonus on diplomacy checks with creatures who speak the primary language of the greater power you serve.

Additionally, your liege grants you a special power based on the language you share.

• Abyssal You gain a +2 bonus on weapon damage rolls against creatures suffering from a fear effect.
• Aquan You gain a +4 bonus on Swim checks.
• Auran You gain a +2 bonus on saves against spells of the air and electricity descriptors.
• Celestial You gain a +2 bonus to saves against charm and fear effects.
• Draconic You gain a +4 bonus on Intimidate checks.
• Ignan Whenever you would deal fire damage, increase the amount of damage you deal by 2.
• Infernal Whenever a charm or compulsion effect originates from you or an item you carry, increase its save DC by 1.
• Terran You increase your natural armor bonus by +1. If you have no natural armor bonus you are granted a natural armor bonus of +1.
