DESCRIPTION

You fold the boundaries of several realities around your target causing them to shift and change in unpredictable ways. These could be aging/de-aging of various portions of their bodies, parts of their bodies and organs swapped or misplaced, etc. If the target fails their Fortitude save (which can affect constructs and undead), roll on the table below and apply the resulting effect to the target. If the target is immune to the selected effect, roll a second time on the table and apply the second effect instead. If they are immune to the second effect, they are unaffected by the spell.

The duration of the effects are variable:

  • * instantaneous.
  • ** Effects which the target can attempt a new saving throw each round to end the effect early.
  • *** At the end of each minute the affected creature may attempt a new saving throw to end the effect early. Those without notation follow the normal duration rules.

Except for baleful polymorph, a reality warp’s effects cannot be dispelled, but they can be removed by break enchantment or any spell that removes the specific condition.
