DESCRIPTION

You touch the target and send a jolt of psychic information flooding into their mind.

You must succeed at a melee touch attack to affect the target. If successful, the target takes 1d8 damage per caster level (max 20d8) and the target is staggered for 1 minute. A successful Fortitude save negates the staggered condition and halves the damage.
