You learn a smattering of the ancient form of abyssal, which holds power through simple speech.

Prerequisite(s) Int 13, Character level 5th.

Benefit(s) You gain a +1 bonus against all spells with the evil descriptor and a verbal component and increase the save DC of evil spells you cast with a verbal component by +1. In addition, you may utter a curse targeted at a single creature within 30 feet as a standard action. The target must make a Will save with a DC of 10 + 1/2 your Hit Dice + your Intelligence modifier or be staggered for 1d4 rounds. Using this power is taxing and deals 1 Wisdom damage to you. This is a mind affecting, supernatural effect.
