You utter the words of the spell releasing the bit of glass, creating an immovable cloud of spinning force shards in a 5-foot-cube. Any creature entering the area or beginning their turn in the area takes 1d6 points of magical slashing damage per caster level (maximum 10d6), with a Reflex save for half damage.

A cloud ofshards provides cover (+4 bonus to AC, +2 bonus on Reflex saves) against attacks made through it.
