Saving Throw: Fort negates (harmless); Spell Resistance: yes (harmless)

This spell is identical to lesser ghost serpent, except the snake or snake-like creature affected by the spell remains incorporeal when it attacks, and its incorporeal bite also inflicts poison. It may also use its constriction ability, if it has one. All the creature’s bite and constriction attacks are incorporeal touch attacks.
