DESCRIPTION

You amplify the planar disharmonies that exist between your current plane of existence and an extraplanar creature, hampering its activities. For the duration of the spell, the creature suffers a -1 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks and concentration checks. At caster level 8th and 16th, the penalty increases by 1.

Casting this spell impedes magic that binds a creature to this plane: if the target is confined in a magic circle or similar effect, the spell instead allows a new Charisma check to break free with a bonus equal to the penalty it applies on attack rolls. A creature that breaks free as a result of this Charisma check immediately returns to its own plane, and cannot choose to remain where it was conjured.

DESCRIPTION

This functions as planar pariah except that it can affect up to 18 HD of creatures, and the penalties are increased by 1.
