Your hands become gaunt and dehydrated, shimmering with necrotic power.

Each living creature you touch takes negative energy damage equal to 3d10 + 1 point per caster level and is paralyzed for 1d2 rounds. A successful Fortitude saving throw halves the damage and negates the paralysis. You can use this melee touch attack up to one time per level.
