This spell creates a mass of white vapors like the fog cloud spell. However, each creature and object in the fog takes 3d6 hp cold damage each round on your turn, starting when you cast the spell. The ground in the area of effect quickly freezes over, and is treated as an ice sheet for purposes of movement within the freezing fog. Creatures may move at half speed on the ice sheet. Moving at full speed requires a DC 20 Acrobatics check.
