DESCRIPTION

You lob brackish miasma straight into the target’s mouth. As long as the spell is in effect, the time required to reset the target’s breath weapon is increased by 1d6 rounds. Once the spell ends, the obstruction is cleared and the reset modifier is removed immediately.

As wheeze, but if the target employs its breath weapon, the miasma boils and burns inside the target’s mouth, dealing 4d8 plus 1 point of damage per caster level of either fire or acid damage (your choice) to the target.
