This spell creates a huge chunk of ice out of ordinary seawater. Sufficient seawater must be present to support an iceberg of corresponding size.
Unless the iceberg is in arctic conditions, it melts at a rate determined by the GM, but usually 5 cubic feet per hour in temperate conditions.
