You cast this spell on a projectile, imbuing it with the ability to mark a target. When this spell is cast upon a projectile, it provides a +1 enhancement bonus to the next attack made with it. Upon a successful ranged attack, the spell’s true purpose takes effect, surrounding the target with a nimbus of light equivalent to the effect of a faerie fire spell (negating concealment effects in the same manner), as well as triggering a powerful attractive effect. Any ranged attacks made against the target, with the same weapon, benefit from a +4 bonus to hit, for the duration of 1 round per caster level.

If not used within one round of casting the spell, the projectile returns to normal and the spell dissolves.
