You grant a creature the knowledge and skill with an assortment of weapons and armor, preparing it for battle. The creature gains proficiency in all simple weapons, martial weapons, armor, and shields (including tower shields). This does not grant an arcane spellcaster the ability to ignore arcane armor failure chance.
