DESCRIPTION

This sheet of magically treated tree bark is as soft and pliant as rawhide, and is covered in druidic script. When pressed against a willing creature’s skin (as a move action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity), the phellum vellum grafts and spreads, granting the creature a +5 bonus to their natural armor class for the next hour.

Alternatively, a sheet of phellem vellum can function like a druid scroll of barkskin (caster level 12th).
