DESCRIPTION

This sheet of paper is so thin that it is as transparent as fogged glass. A creature who spends 1 hour writing out a plan on the caper paper gains a +3 luck bonus to 3 different types of skill checks for the next 24 hours. These skills must be listed on the caper paper. After the 24 hours have lapsed, the caper paper fades out of existence.

Alternatively, a sheet of caper paper can function as a scroll of divine favor (caster level 12th).
