Description

The wearer of this shaggy, white fur cloak made from polar bear, winter wolf, and yeti hides gains a +4 competence bonus on Stealth checks made in terrain covered by ice or snow. In addition, three times per day, the wearer can command the cloak as a standard action to radiate a burst of ultraviolet light. All creatures within 30 feet of the wearer must succeed on a DC 13 Fortitude save or suffer from light sensitivity for the next 1d4 rounds. Creatures already suffering from light sensitivity or light blindness take a –4 penalty on their Fortitude saving throw and are blinded instead on a failed save.
