Description

Layers of penguin feathers and down are stitched into the weave of this heavy wool cloak. Whenever the wearer is adjacent to another living creature, regardless of whether the creature is friend or foe, the cloak grants the wearer cold resistance 5. When the wearer begins his turn adjacent to an ally, the ally gains the benefits of a single teamwork feat the wearer possesses as a free action. The wearer chooses the teamwork feat to bestow to the ally. If the wearer is adjacent to more than one ally, the wearer may grant the benefits of different teamwork feats to each ally, but an ally can never gain the benefits of more than one teamwork feat. The wearer must be part of the group qualifying for a given bonus for his allies to gain the benefit. The allies’ positioning and actions must still meet the prerequisites listed in the teamwork feat for either of you to receive the listed bonus. The ally loses the teamwork feat at the beginning of the wearer’s next turn, though the wearer can grant the ally the same teamwork feat or a different one if the ally is still adjacent to the wearer at the beginning of the wearer’s next turn.
