Description

These supple yet durable leather boots fabricated from sealskin fit snugly around the wearer’s feet and ankles.

On command three times per day as a standard action, the wearer can transform the boots into ice skates or skis. These custom-fitted ice skates or skis grant the wearer a +4 competence bonus on Acrobatics checks made to ice skate or ski. They can transform back to their normal form with another such command.
