When worn as a magic item, the glasses grant the wearer low-light vision and immunity to magical sleep effects.

Furthermore, when the user has exhausted all of their highest level spells per day, they grant a +2 enhancement bonus to the DC and caster level of their spells cast, and a +3 enhancement bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting effects.
