DESCRIPTION

This ring appears to be a ring of wizardry. When worn, the wearer’s mind becomes muddled. He forgets spell components, mumbles during casting and makes mistakes in the somatic gestures required for many of the spells he tries to cast. The severity of the effects depend on the ring type.

The arcane spell failure chance can be further modified by other factors, such as armor worn, etc.

This ring can be removed by casting remove curse followed by a successful dispel magic upon it. Doing so renders the ring non-magical.
