DESCRIPTION

This ring appears to be a ring of freedom of movement, but has quite different effects. The wearer of the ring treats normal terrain as difficult terrain and difficult terrain requires four times the normal movement costs. If her movement rate is less than the minimum required for moving into or within an area, that area is considered impassable to the wearer.

This ring can only be removed by the casting of remove curse upon it. This renders the ring non-magical.
