DESCRIPTION

This ring appears to be a ring of clear thought. Upon wearing the ring, the wearer has difficulty focusing his thoughts, imparting a -2 penalty to concentration checks. This penalty becomes -5 if the wearer attempts to cast defensively.

This ring can only be removed by the casting of remove curse upon it. Doing so destroys the ring.
