DESCRIPTION

This ring appears to be a ring of shooting stars. However, instead of granting the wearer any benefits, the ring attracts all ranged electricity-based attacks made within 100 feet of the wearer. The wearer also suffers a -5 penalty to saving throws to avoid electrical damage.

This ring can only be removed by the casting of remove curse upon it, which renders the ring non-magical.
