DESCRIPTION

This ring appears to be a ring of counterspells. The ring allows a single spell to be cast into it as would the ring it was meant to be. When the stored spell is used in an attempt to counter a spell it instead empowers the spell, boosting the effects of the spell upon the wearer by 50%.

This ring can only be removed by casting remove curse upon it followed by a successful dispel magic, which destroys the ring.
