This ring appears to be a ring of the wild. Once the ring is worn, the wearer must make a DC 15 Fortitude saving throw or suffer the effects of baleful polymorph. Each day the ring remains on the wearer’s finger, the DC for the Fortitude saving throw increases by 1.

This ring can only be removed by the casting of remove curse upon it which destroys the ring.
