When the haunt is triggered, terrible screams by hundreds of different voices are heard and then instantly stop. All creatures in the area of effect are targeted by a blindness/deafness spell (deafness only) (save DC 13).
The shackles must be destroyed within the room and the blood splatters must be cleaned from the wall.
