Prerequisite(s): Wild talents or infusions class feature.

Benefit(s): You can select infusions and utility wild talents as if your level in the class which provides them was 4 higher, to a maximum effective class level equal to your character level. This benefit applies equally to all classes which provide you with infusions or utility wild talents.

Special: Elemental scions with the focused ability and kineticists with brutal mutation increase their maximum effective kineticist level to their character level +2. This effect does not stack for elemental scions with the brutal mutation.
