Distill Blood

You can focus your will to infuse your blood pool with energy.

Prerequisite(s): Blood pool

Benefit(s): You may spend a standard action to gain a blood point. You may do so even out of combat, but it disappears after one minute as normal. Once you have used this ability, you may not do so again for 1 hour.
