Creatures vulnerable to cold cower in your presence.

Prerequisite(s): Cha 15, Intimidate 5 ranks

Benefit(s): Whenever you successfully hit an enemy vulnerable to cold with a melee attack dealing cold damage, the struck creature must also succeed at a Will saving throw (DC 10 + 1/2 your character level + your Charisma modifier) or become shaken for 1 round.

This is a mind-affecting, fear effect. A creature that successfully saves is not subject to the same effect for 24 hours.
