Tobogganing

You emulate the penguin’s ability to escape danger.

Benefit(s): When you drop to a prone position on ice or snow, you take a –2 penalty to AC against melee attacks and can move at half speed across such a surface. This movement provokes attacks of opportunity as normal. You can take a 5-foot step while prone. This benefit does not stack with the rogue fast crawl talent. If you fall prone while ice skating or skiing, any falling damage is reduced by half, but damage sustained from a collision with an object or creature while sliding on ice or snow is dealt normally.

Normal: You can crawl 5 feet as a move action. You cannot take a 5-foot step while crawling. While prone, you take a –4 penalty to AC against melee attacks.
