Prerequisites: Leadership, Legendary Leader, Practiced Leader, Leadership Score 20+

Benefit: The standard cohort you recruit can be 1 or more levels lower than yourself. This feat has no benefit on any special cohort you may have.

Normal: Your cohort must be no more than 2 or more levels lower than yourself.
