Mentorship Ability

Apprentices who study a mentor’s vampire hunter class levels gains the vampire hunter‘s vampiric focus class feature. The apprentice must select a vampiric focus his mentor possesses. When determining the effects of the apprentice’s vampiric focus, the apprentice’s effective vampire hunter level is equal to half his apprentice level (minimum 1).

Advanced Mentorship Ability

Apprentices who study a mentor’s vampire hunter class levels and chooses vampire hunter for their advanced mentorship ability for the day gains the vampire hunter‘s technique feat class feature. The apprentice gains one technique feat for every four apprentice levels he possesses. These technique feats must be technique feats possessed by his mentor. The apprentice must meet all prerequisites for his chosen technique feats but the apprentice’s effective vampire hunter level is equal to his apprentice level for the purpose of meeting the prerequisites of the technique feats.

Apprentices who study a mentor’s vampire hunter class levels and chooses vampire hunter for their cooperation power may spend a cooperation point as an immediate action before he or an ally makes a survival skill check to add half his apprentice level to the result of the check. He must choose to do this before the roll is made.
