DESCRIPTION

Upon spotting the PCs, he hopes he might be able to use them either to find a way home or to depose his master. After watching them for 2 or 3 rounds, he drops his invisibility and attempts to bargain with the PCs. After gleaning their intentions in the cave, he offers them a route into the fortress or information about it and a great treasure hidden within its lowest level—a magical map. He knows little of the map’s workings, but knows the efreeti coveted it.
