This slender figure is garbed in scholarly robes and wears a tall formal hat, but where its face should be is a nearly blank mask of skin, barely showing the contours of features below it. Its clawed fingers are bloodstained, as are the sleeves of its robe.

Often found near graves, the dalgyalgwishin is a ghost without any facial features and wearing scholars’ clothing. They may seem harmless at first, but soon after being spotted, people start to disappear, only to be found days later, hanged at a nearby tree, their faces scratched beyond recognition.

Suffice to say, one should avoid graves at night and move in groups of two or more as the dalgyalgwishins seems to favor solitary targets. It is said that all sounds of insects, birds, even the wind, disappear when in a dalgyalgwishin’s presence.

A dalgyalgwishin is a patient stalker, attacking with surprise and using its spell-like abilities to isolate and wound prey. It uses its gaseous form and dimension door to elude opponents and confuse and trap its prey.
