Immunity to Fire (Ex)

The damned are immune to fire, but not to the pain it causes.

When a damned petitioner would take fire damage that’s prevented by its immunity, it must immediately succeed at a DC 15 Fortitude save or be stunned by the fire’s pain for 1d4 rounds.

When a mortal dies, its soul is judged and sent on to the afterlife where it becomes a petitioner. Base rules for the petitioner template. Specific statistics and traits are given here for petitioners from three planes as well as for petitioners from other fiend-haunted realms.
