SPECIAL ABILITIES

Bardic Performance

A storyweaver lillend has the bardic performance ability of a 13th-level bard, granting her access to the abilities countersong, dirge of doom, fascinate, inspire courage, inspire competence, inspire greatness, soothing performance, and suggestion.

Poison (Ex)

contact; save Fort DC 26; onset 1 minute; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 2d4 Wis damage; cure 2 consecutive saves. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Profane Gift (Su)

Once per day as a full-round action, the storyweaver lillend may grant a profane gift to a willing humanoid creature by touching it for 1 full round. The target gains a +6 profane bonus to an ability score of his choice. A single creature may have no more than one profane gift at a time. As long as the profane gift persists, the storyweaver lillend can communicate telepathically with the target across any distance (and may use any mind-affecting spells or spell-like abilities through the connection). The profane gift is removed by dispel evil. The storyweaver lillend can remove it as well as a free action (causing 2d6 Charisma drain to the victim, no save).

Spellcasting

A storyweaver lillend casts spells as a 13th-level bard.

ECOLOGY

Environment any
Organization solitary
Treasure standard (+2 longsword, masterwork harp)

A lillend can lead herself down a long path of self-corruption when she tires of cataloging tales, and desires to make her own. Frustrations build as mortals and fate refuses to meet the lillend’s thematic desires, and the storyweaver learns it’s best to not leave events to chance. Eventually, mortal life or freedoms becomes paltry concerns in comparison to the azata’s art.

The storyweaver lillend may approach potential -actors- as a powerful patron offering grand gifts to gain favor. She may also blackmail or control after wearing down resistance with a poisoned caress. Some storyweaver lillend’s try to stay hands off, preferring to set up the dominoes and watch them fall, while others might like to play roles within her drama.
