The blood of Yog-Sothoth can exude this sickening stench for 7 rounds each day, but these rounds need not be consecutive. Each round the blood of Yog-Sothoth wishes to maintain the stench, it must use a swift action to do so. The stench is a poison effect. A blood of Yog-Sothoth is immune to the stench of another blood of Yog-Sothoth.
