Selective Power [Metapsionic]

Prerequisite: Spellcraft 10 ranks.

Benefit: To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus. When manifesting a selective power with an area effect, you can choose a number of targets in the area equal to your key ability modifier. These targets are excluded from the effects of your power. Using this feat increases the power point cost of the power by 2. The power’s total cost cannot exceed your manifester level. Powers that do not have an area of effect cannot be used with this feat.
