You are capable of using your ranged combat training when making ranged sneak attacks.

Prerequisite: Sniper combat style, sneak attack +1d6

Benefit: Once per round when making a successful ranged attack that deals sneak attack damage, you can activate any one style ability that requires expending your psionic focus without having to expend your psionic focus.
