DESCRIPTION

You let out a wail of pain and torture. Any creature caught in the cone and fails the Fortitude save suffers 1d6 points of sonic damage per caster level (to a maximum of 15d6) and becomes deafened for 1 round per caster level. Creatures that pass the saving throw takes half damage and are not deafened.
