DESCRIPTION

You make a prophecy about the target creature or his descendants. From the point of casting onward, the target and his descendants (including adopted descendants) are treated as if under a permanent geas/quest, which drives them to fulfill the stated prophecy. The only way to remove the effects of bound prophecy (other than successful fulfillment of the prophecy) is by a miracle or wish spell, cast by a spellcaster 3 or more levels higher than you.
