These calf-high boots are decorated with glyphs inscribed in Aquan.

The wearer gains a a +5 competence bonus to Acrobatics checks made to maintain footing or balance on unsteady or slippery terrain (such as the rain-slicked deck of a ship) but grants no bonus on Acrobatics checks for jumping, falling, or moving through threatened areas.

In addition, the wearer gains a +5 competence bonus to Swim checks.
