DESCRIPTION

This weapon appears dull and lusterless. Up to three times per day as a swift action, whenever a dispelling weapon you wield strikes a creature, the item dispels (+10 dispel check) an ongoing magical effect affecting the target. This ability functions like the targetted dispel magic use of the dispel magic spell but affects just the target damaged by your attack.
