Faithful Paragon

For warprieists that find themselves fighting back to back with paladins, the call to take up additional oaths in service to their god is expected. Those who do gain the power to manifest their faith in battle granting them enhanced vitality. Their strong devotion grants them the title of faithful paragon.

The faithful paragon is an archetype of the warpriest class.

Alignment

A faithful paragon must always be lawful good and adhere to the same code of conduct as the paladin ability of the same name

Spells

A faithful paragon casts spell drawn from the paladin list in addition to the spells from the cleric list normally available to a warpriest. If a spell appears on both lists the faithful paragon may prepare it at the lowest of the two spell levels presented.

Fervor

A faithful paragon adds his Wisdom bonus (minimum 1) to his daily uses of fervor.

Faith Sustains (Su)

At 3rd level, a faithful paragon draws upon his convictions to sustain him in battle. As a move action, he gains a +2 morale bonus to Constitution for a number of rounds equal to 4 + his faithful paragon level + his Constitution modifier. Hit points gained from an increase in Constitution are not lost like temporary hit points. The morale bonus increases to +4 at 9th level, and to +6 at 15th level.

This ability replaces the bonus feats gained at 3rd, 9th and 15th levels

Divine Conviction (Su)

At 4th level, whenever a faithful paragon makes a saving throw, he may expend a use of fervor to add his Charisma bonus (if any) to the saving throw. This ability must be declared after the initial saving throw, but before its results are revealed.

This ability replaces channel energy.
