Accursed Litany

Requirement: Perform 7 ranks

Base effect: All enemies within 30 feet take a –2 penalty to Fortitude saves. The penalty becomes 1 point higher at 5th level and every 5 levels thereafter (maximum –6 at 20th level). A successful Fortitude saving throw reduces the penalty to –1.

Refrain

You channel anguish in the body of a single creature within 30 feet, debilitating it on a successful ranged touch attack.

Weak Refrain: the target suffers 1d4+2 points of damage to a physical ability score of your choice. A successful Fortitude save negates the damage.

Intermediate Refrain: the target suffers 1d6+5 points of damage to a physical ability score of your choice. A successful Fortitude save reduces the damage to 1.

Strong refrain: the target suffers 2d6+10 points of damage to a physical ability score of your choice. A successful Fortitude save halves the damage.
