The ghoul’s touch spreads sickness in the target’s body.
Requirement: Ghoul HD 3
The attack deals an extra 1d6 points of damage for every 2 Hit Dice the ghoul has after 1st (3d6 at 3rd, 4d6 at 5th, and so on) and the target is nauseated for one round before being sickened for 1d4 rounds. A successful saving throw halves the damage and reduces the condition to sickened for 1 round.
Gain and Loss
If the target fails its saving throw against this effect, the ghoul gains a +4 competence bonus to Fortitude saving throws and 10 temporary hit points for 1 minute.
